Venue and parking
Commencement will be held at Whitewater Hall parking lot with a procession beginning at 9:30 a.m.
Free parking the day of Commencement will be available in designated campus lots. Use the link below to locate the venue and parking to plan your visit.
Graduation Photos
Photographs may be taken during the ceremony, but you may be restricted from certain areas. We contract a photographer to capture graduates in their caps and gowns holding their diploma covers as they step away from the stage. Proofs and order forms will be mailed after graduation, or you can preorder.
Accessibility Information
Our trained Commencement organizers provide services to graduates and guests who need accommodations. Please let us know two to three weeks before the ceremony if you need accommodations by contacting Terry Wiesehan at 765-973-8221 or twiesaha@iue.edu.
An ASL interpreter will be provided. Accessible seating is limited to the designated areas and space is limited, so there will be no reserved seating.
