GradFair for Spring Commencement 2020 will be held Wednesday, February 12 and Thursday, February 13

ALUMNI HALL, INDIANA MEMORIAL UNION, 9 A.M.-5 P.M.

GradFair is an easy way to take care of all your Commencement needs in one place, at one time:

Rent your cap and gown
Purchase graduation announcements, class rings, and diploma frames
Have formal pictures taken in academic regalia
Visit information tables hosted by Commencement vendors, University Events and Commencement Services, and the IU Alumni Association.

Can't attend GradFair?

Graduating students who are unable to attend GradFair on February 12 and 13, are able to rent and order Commencement items online.

Picking up your cap and gown

The time to pick up caps and gowns for Winter Commencement 2019 is during distribution week, December 16-20, 2019. Distribution week is also your final opportunity to rent a cap and gown if you didn’t pre-order.

Spring Commencement 2020 distribution week details will be posted after Winter Commencement.
